Latest Make Ben

Ben has been busy colouring a Jellypark image today, he made it into this card with a summery theme.

He coloured the image with whisper and promarker pens, he ripped some gold paper to make sand and cut out some cloud shapes with decorative scissors.

The card is for his friend who's birthday it is at the weekend.

Latest Make Holly

Here is a card that Holly made today.

Over at jellypark juniors the new challenge will be all about summer, it doesn't start until June 1st but this is a sneak peak lol.

 The image is from Jellypark she coloured it with whisper pens and promarkers and used glitter glue, the papers are from a magazine give away, Holly added some wooden flowers and wooden ladybirds.

The card is for her good friend who has a summer birthday.

Holly's GDT Spot over at CCC

Holly was very lucky to be chosen as the winner over at the Childrens challenge corner blog last month. She won some gorgeous easter digi images from Softpencil Studios. She also gets to be the GDT for the latest challenge which is Birthday Cards.

Here is what she made.

This one is for her friend who's birthday it is next week. She used an image that she won recently from a day for daisies, isn't she gorgeous. She coloured her with her whisper pens and then she cut around some flowers and stuck them on.

Diddydoodles GDT

Ben is the GDT over at diddydoodles this month. The theme is growing, so Ben had a look through the Polkadoodles Sundae of Seasons cd and chose elements from it. He was a bit hesitant about adding too many flowers but when he saw that there were blue ones in the box there was no stopping him :o)

Holly also used whisper pens to colour in her images. She added gems and buttons too.

Happy Easter Card 2

We found a freebie Easter image over at the little hands challenge blog. I printed it out and Holly coloured it in with some Whisper Watercolour pens, she added some sparkly glitter glue to the clouds. She used some lovely Easter paper and pretty yellow wooden flowers to finish it off.

Happy Easter Card 1

Here is a card which Holly made for me when she went to a local Easter Craft Class. She wrote it out while she was there and sealed the envelope so that it would be a nice surprise on Sunday.

I've never tried Iris folding but was amazed and delighted with what Holly made. I'm not sure how much help she had or needed as she stayed there on her own but she says she copied what everyone else was doing.

I made a Mother's Day Card.

Nearly everything is from the polkadoodles Sundae of Seasons cd.
Mums favourite insect is a dragonfly.

The theme on the little hands challenge is underwater and I won a mermaid digi in a challenge so I have used her with some striped paper for the cyp kids challenge.

An underwater theme (B)

The theme over at the little hands challenge blog is "underwater", and over at cyp kids it's stripes so here's my card.

My mum bought us some white card candy so we can colour it any colour we want. I used pencils for the octopus and 2 striped papers.

I've made a valentines card.

I used a backing paper from a magazine and the image is from jellypark, coloured with our new pencils and layered onto mirror card. I don't know who I'm giving it to yet.

My diddydoodles challenge entry (B)

I have made a card for the diddydoodles 2nd challenge. The theme is make a 16th Birthday card for a girl or boy. I love to play chess so I used this image from my mums stash.

My mum bought us some new pencils which had charcoal ones in there to, so I used them to colour the black chess pieces and smudged them with a tissue.

Here is the second card I made this weekend.

It's the first time that I've done a sketch card and I enjoyed it. I punched out the hearts and the teddy is from a set of shapes that my mum bought us.

A very crafty weekend (H)

I've had a great time crafting this weekend and I made 2 cards.

This one is for the new challenge over at diddydoodles which is make a 16th birthday card for a girl or boy. I am very excited because I came in the top 3 in the last challenge over there.

My mum bought us a load of things from create and craft and I used the papers and shapes from one of those sets.

She also let me use her promarkers to colour the image.

Over at Craft your Passion Kids Craft Blog the theme is Winter Wonderland.

For this card I chose a snow warrior freebie image from Dude Time Doodles and a freebie snowman image from Jellypark.

I also added some silver snowflakes and some snow like glitter.

Snow globes

Lot's of crafty goodies arrived from the North Pole at Christmas time. The Arty Crafty Kids have so many different projects on the go. Little Miss managed to make a snowglobe. Snowglobes are her most favourite thing in the world and this one is made so much more special being handmade.

We're just not sure whether it ended up looking more like a cat than a bear.
